To confirm the identity of a protein, it is essential to ensure that the entire sequence is covered through one or more proteolytic digests and LCMS/MS analysis for database searching.

High Resolution 2DE and Electrophoresis

At Proteome Factory, we offer protein separation services using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DE) and electrophoresis techniques.

With 2DE, we separate proteins based on their isoelectric point and molecular weight, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of the protein composition in a sample. This technique enables high resolution separation and visualization of proteins, making it ideal for identifying and quantifying protein expression levels.
